The following Fulfillment and Refund Policy ("Policy“) applies when you buy digital goods and services from inside our apps (the "Apps") and games (the "Games").
Please review these policies carefully. By accessing or using the Apps, you show you agree to the policy.
When you make in-App purchases, you will be required to provide the information of your credit card or other payment method. You represent and warrant that such information is true and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Once you paid successfully, the digital goods will be added to your balance automatically. If your purchased goods do not appear in your balance after the transaction, please allow them a few moments to appear, as there might be high traffic on the purchasing platform. After a few minutes, if you still don't receive them, you can try to exit the app and relaunch it.
Also, on occasion payments may be cancelled by your payment provider due to a number of reasons, such as: insufficient funds, platform is busy, bad internet connection. If this is the case, as your account will not be charged.
In case you wish to submit a ticket regarding purchases made, please provide the date, amount of goods purchased, the UID of your game and any transaction you may have.

No refunds are offered for any digital goods or services offered via the Apps.
